The purpose of this Association shall be to promote professional turfgrass management of the golf courses or golf related facilities, through education and better understanding of the Middle Tennessee Area. This Association shall cooperate with all other state, regional and national associations for the benefit of all turfgrass management. The Association shall be operated on a non-profit basis and only such funds shall be raised as may be required to accomplish its purpose.
